The Women at Ease project is an exceptional online portal that helps raise awareness about women’s health. It originated as a precursor to telemedicine during the first wave of COVID, driven by the idea of ‘sharing is caring’. Its purpose is to provide women with free private online consultations and advice from experts who can offer relevant information even when in-person doctor visits are restricted. This enables it to continue educating about health and motivating women for preventive check-ups.
Goal
Early diagnosis can save lives, which is why the main goal of the project was to build awareness about self-care, especially among women, and to provide medical consultations that were eliminated due to COVID. We aimed to create an online platform where women could seek advice without embarrassment, thus doing something for themselves and their health.


Target Audience
Women aged 18 to 65+, who are concerned with topics such as prevention, sexual and reproductive health, pregnancy and motherhood, and specific gynecological conditions.
The platform also provides space for commercial collaborations through an omnichannel strategy.
Strategy
We created the project in cooperation with Exeltis Pharma Slovak and Czech, who provided the main direction for the concept. During the project’s development, consultations with doctors, IT specialists, and lawyers were essential. Due to registration and consultations, we also ensured a high level of security, making the Women at Ease portal a reliable place.
The client’s portfolio, which focuses primarily on women’s health, helped us specify the range of topics we address sensitively and professionally. The platform allows clients to create a user account through a registration system and engage in private communication with doctors on an individual level.
With both internal and external editors, we prepared articles, newsletters, and social media content with a consistent graphic design, allowing us to disseminate information to the widest possible audience. The online magazine operates as an editorial office, entirely under the purview of the Divino agency, including legal responsibility for the medium.
We approach topics unconventionally
Women at Ease also offers space for topics that should not be taboo, but rather approached with open communication without hesitant barriers. Women’s experiences and expert information form a trustworthy combination. That is why we decided to connect women’s perspectives with experts. At the same time, we succeeded in spreading values of self-love and self-confidence among women. We consider these values an essential complement to a happy and healthy life. Concurrently, we also address lifestyle topics that intertwine with the concept of health. Thus, we are creating a portal that is becoming an established health portal. We see the greatest benefit of the project primarily in private and free consultations with experts in the advice centers.
